Our Story

Welcome to the Dog A Day family, I’m thrilled you’re here and excited to share this journey! 

It all started with my first two dogs & now my two best friends 7 Years ago: Juno, the adventurous Husky, and Doobz, the ever-loving Labrador. 

As their dog dad, I never dubbed myself as a dog person until I met Juno & Doobz & what a wonderful adventure it has been, filled with memories I will cherish forever. Little did I know, capturing their personalities on TikTok would give such opportunity.

What began as a random TikTok post turned into an incredible community of dog lovers. As I shared videos of my pups, I was overwhelmed by the support and enthusiasm from followers engaged. Before I knew it, our family of dog lovers grew to 50,000. With this unexpected increase in followers I was unsure how to convert the TikTok profile into something bigger & better.

One day while walking Juno and Doobz, the idea for Dog A Day struck me. I envisioned a platform focused on clearing as many shelters as possible, bringing joy to families and giving these beautiful doggoz the forever homes they deserve. And just like that, the mission of Dog A Day was born: to find a forever home for a dog every single day. 

At Dog A Day, We’re a passionate community dedicated to making a difference in the lives of dogs and their future families. We partner with local shelters, share heartwarming videos of dogs in need, and provide resources for responsible pet ownership. Every dog we help find a home is a testament to the power of community, love, and dedication.
